The celluloid cycles film festival is on at RMIT's Kaleide Theatre in April: "Beer, soul tunes, kindered spirits and a barrow-load of great films about bikes."
When it comes to film festivals I'm pretty slack (I just show up for the "best-of-the-fest" night) but this programme has something unmissable in every session. If the gorgeous trailer is anything to go by, "The Collective" will be a highlight, the Critical Mass films "Still We Ride" and "We Are Traffic!" will be interesting viewing, and "Return of the Scorcher" and "Beauty and the Bike" also look good. In fact, the whole darn thing looks good.
Now, I just need to find someone prepared to baby-sit for four straight days…
Thanks to bikefunnist and cfsmtb for the tip-off.
